Ushbu maqolada giyohvandlik vositalari, psixotrop va kuchli ta’sir qiluvchi moddalar hamda prekursorlarning tushunchasi, turlari va tasnifi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ularning kelib chiqishi, inson organizmiga ta’siri va zamonaviy ko‘rinishlari (jumladan, sintetik narkotiklar va yangi psixoaktiv moddalar) tahlil qilingan. Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining amaldagi qonunchiligi va xalqaro konvensiyalar asosida ushbu moddalarning huquqiy tartibga solinishi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Bojxona organlari tomonidan giyohvand moddalar noqonuniy aylanishiga qarshi kurashish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan chora-tadbirlar haqida ma’lumot berilgan.

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirishda ilmiy tadqiqotlarning o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotlar ta’lim siyosati va amaliyoti o‘rtasidagi tafovutlarni aniqlash, muammolarni chuqur o‘rganish hamda samarali yechimlar ishlab chiqishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, empirik tadqiqotlarning ta’lim islohotlarini samarali amalga oshirishdagi roli yoritiladi.

Maqolada raqamli aktivlar, xususan kriptovalyutalar va NFTlar bilan bog‘liq jinoyatlarni jinoiy-huquqiy kvalifikatsiya qilish muammolari tahlil qilinadi.Raqamli aktivlarning huquqiy tabiati, ularni mulkka qarshi jinoyatlar predmeti sifatida baholash masalalari hamda xalqaro standartlar asosida milliy qonunchilikni takomillashtirish zarurati asoslab berilgan.

The article aims to reveal the importance of conceptual blending in creating phraseological units in the political discourse. The theoretical foundation of Conceptual Blending Theory is presented practically by analyzing political discourse with the reference to stable phrases. The role of using figurative language in politics to improve the effectiveness and persuasiveness of speech is also identified.

Bu makalada XVIII asyr türkmen edebiýatynyň görnükli wekili Döwletmämmet Azadynyň “Wagzy-Azat” kitabynyň mazmuny, gurluşy hem-de ideýa-tematik aýratynlyklary giňişleýin seljerilýär. Eserde döwlet gurmak meselesi, adyl hem zalym häkimleriň keşbi, haýyr-sahawat, edep-terbiýe, ylym-bilim hem-de jemgyýetçilik gatnaşyklary baradaky pikirler çuňňur derňelýär. Şeýle-de kitabyň çeperçilik aýratynlyklary, mesnewi görnüşinde aruz ölçeginde ýazylyşy hem-de onuň türkmen nusgawy edebiýatyndaky orny görkezilýär. “Wagzy-Azat” diňe bir çeper eser bolman, eýsem, ylmy-pedagogik hem jemgyýetçilik ähmiýetli gymmatly miras hökmünde häsiýetlendirilýär.

She’riy tarjima — adabiy tarjimaning eng murakkab turlaridan biri bo‘lib, tilning semantik, fonetik, ritmik, stilistik va madaniy qatlamlarini saqlab qolishni talab qiladi. Ushbu maqolada she’riy tarjimada uchraydigan asosiy tilshunoslik muammolari, jumladan semantik ekvivalentlik, ritm va qofiya muammolari, til tizimlarining farqlari, madaniy kontekst va tarjimonning subyektivligi masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Maqola umumiy tilshunoslik doirasida she’riy tarjimaning ilmiy asoslari va amaliy qiyinchiliklarini yoritadi.

This article comprehensively and systematically covers the process of architectural and construction design of residential and public buildings. The theoretical foundations of design, functional planning principles, constructive solutions, engineering systems, and modern energy-saving and environmental requirements are scientifically analyzed. The article describes the role of residential and public buildings in urban planning, their importance in supporting human activity, innovative approaches introduced in the architectural and construction process, as well as effective recommendations aimed at improving the quality of the project.

Modular construction is generally considered an ideal alternative for reducing construction time and costs. It has evolved and is also used in high-rise buildings. Modular construction can be categorized as volumetric modules, prefabricated modules, panel modules, and modules with integrated technology. These structures are fully equipped and assembled units in a factory setting. They feature load-bearing and protective structures that ensure thermal parameters, physical and mechanical properties, stability, and rigidity. This method is believed to define the future of the construction industry in countries from Eastern Europe to China, including North America. Modular construction will enable project development in timeframes that would have been impossible 20 years ago. Therefore, this article provides an overview of trends in the use of modular construction in buildings.

This article examines the development of an educational environment for cultural and aesthetic education in the basic education system in the areas of fine arts, design, and architecture. The author examines a comprehensive approach to the educational process, the goals and objectives of which are focused on the educational environment, education, and training of students in cultural and aesthetic education in the above areas and help formulate requirements for the educational environment.

Currently, the cost of constructing precast concrete buildings in Russia is high compared to monolithic concrete structures, which to some extent hinders the widespread use of precast concrete buildings. However, BIM technology plays a significant role in reducing and controlling the cost of precast concrete buildings. This article analyzes the main reasons for the high cost of precast concrete buildings and proposes strategies for controlling their cost.
