Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada KPI (Key Performance Indicators) tizimining kadrlar faoliyatini baholashdagi zamonaviy o‘rni, mehnat samaradorligini baholash mezonlari va uslubiy asoslari ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda KPI tizimining nazariy mohiyati, strategik boshqaruv bilan integratsiyasi, xodimlar samaradorligini oshirishdagi roli hamda xalqaro amaliyotdagi ustun jihatlari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, KPI tizimini joriy etishda obyektivlik, shaffoflik va natijadorlikni ta’minlovchi mezonlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, KPI tizimi inson resurslarini boshqarishda samarali monitoring, rag‘batlantirish va qaror qabul qilish vositasi sifatida muhim ahamiyatga ega.
