Аннотация:

Ushbu maqolada premenopauza davridagi ayollarda osteoporoz rivojlanish chastotasining tahlili, dolzarb statistik ma’lumotlar, xavf omillari, zamonaviy diagnostika usullari va profilaktika bo‘yicha tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Ayniqsa, sinish xavfini kamaytirish va ushbu yoshdagi ayollarning hayot sifatini saqlash maqsadida o‘z vaqtida aniqlash hamda kompleks profilaktika choralari muhimligi ta’kidlangan.
