KARSINOGEN MAHSULOTLAR ISTE’MOLI OQIBATIDA YUZAGA KELADIGAN SOG’LIQ MUAMMOLARI

Аннотация:
Ushbu maqolada karsinogen (saraton chaqiruvchi) moddalar mavjud bo‘lgan mahsulotlarning inson organizmiga salbiy ta’siri va ularni muntazam iste’mol qilish oqibatida yuzaga keladigan sog‘liq muammolari yoritiladi. Xususan, yarim tayyor ovqatlar, tutunlangan mahsulotlar, kimyoviy qo‘shimchalar, konservantlar va noto‘g‘ri pishirish uslublari bilan bog‘liq xavf omillari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada saraton kasalliklari, ichki a’zolarning yallig‘lanishi, gormon buzilishlari va immunitetning zaiflashuvi kabi salbiy oqibatlar ilmiy ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, xavfni kamaytirish bo‘yicha profilaktik tavsiyalar ham beriladi.
