Yurish- insonning joydan-joyga kuchishidagi oddiy usul bulib turli yoshdagi kishilar uchun ajoyib jismoniy mashq hisoblanadi O`zoq va tekis yurganda badandagi barcha musqo`llar ishlaydi organizmdagi yurak qon tomirlar nafas olish va sestemalar faoliyati kuchayadi natijada modda almashinishi ortadi. Jismoniy mashq sifatida odatdagi yurishning avalo sog`lamlashtirishga ahamiyati bor. Oddiy yurishdan tashqari yurishning boshqacha xillari ham buladi.
