Abstract:

This article analyzes environmental crimes in the regulatory legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the problems of ensuring the fight against them. In the course of the research, issues of legal certainty of environmental crimes, mechanisms of punishment and their application in practice were studied in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On Environmental Protection" and other relevant regulatory documents. The article focuses on measures to prevent environmental crimes and reduce their negative social and environmental consequences.
