Аннотация:
Mazkur maqolada huquqbuzarliklar profilaktikasida fuqarolarning ishtiroki masalalari nazariy-huquqiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Jamiyatda huquqiy tartibotni ta’minlashda davlat organlari bilan bir qatorda fuqarolarning faol ishtirok etishi muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, jamoatchilik nazorati, fuqarolarning huquqiy ongi va madaniyati, profilaktika subyektlari bilan hamkorlik masalalari yoritilgan. Muallif huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olishda fuqarolarning ijtimoiy faolligini oshirish orqali samarali natijalarga erishish mumkinligini ilmiy jihatdan asoslaydi.
