Аннотация:
Mazkur maqolada hududlarda jinoyatning oldini olishda ijtimoiy profilaktikaning o‘rni va ahamiyati ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Ijtimoiy muhitni sog‘lomlashtirish, aholi, ayniqsa yoshlar va ijtimoiy himoyaga muhtoj qatlamlar bilan manzilli ishlash orqali jinoyatchilikka sabab bo‘luvchi omillarni bartaraf etish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek, hududiy xususiyatlarni inobatga olgan holda ijtimoiy profilaktika choralarini samarali tashkil etishning huquqiy va tashkiliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Muallif jinoyatning oldini olishda ijtimoiy profilaktikaning ustuvor yo‘nalish sifatidagi ahamiyatini asoslab beradi
