COMPARISON OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OPIOID AND NON-OPIOID ANESTHESIA IN THE POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD

The use of opioid analgesics in the perioperative period remains one of the key issues in modern anesthesiology due to the high risk of adverse effects, delayed postoperative recovery, and the potential for drug dependence [1]. In recent years, the concept of opioid-free multimodal anesthesia has been actively developed, aiming to reduce pharmacological burden and improve clinical outcomes [1].
