EFFECTIVENESS OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PROGRAMS FOR MEDICAL STAFF: NUTRITION SYSTEMS, PHYSICAL EXERCISE, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

Abstract:

This article analyzes the effectiveness of comprehensive programs aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among healthcare workers. It provides a scientifically substantiated analysis of the role of nutritional culture, increased physical activity, stress management, and psychological support in reducing the risk of occupational fatigue, overweight, obesity, mental stress, and chronic diseases. Statistical data based on research by the World Health Organization (WHO) and other international organizations is presented. The study results demonstrate that creating a preventative environment for healthcare workers also contributes to improved organizational performance [2, 6].
