UZOQ MUDDATLI ANTIBIOTIKOTERAPIYANING ICHAK BAKTERIYALARI GURUHIGA TA’SIRINI TAHLILIY BAHOLASH

Аннотация:

Ma’lumki, ichak mikrobiotasi bir qancha omillarga, shu jumladan antibiotiklarga ta’sir qiladi va xoʻjayinning sogʻligi uchun muhim rol oʻynaydi. Antibiotiklarni qoʻllash tufayli esa mikroorganizmlar tarkibidagi oʻzgarishlar xoʻjayinning sogʻligʻiga zarar yetkazishi mumkin. Ushbu oʻzgarishlar mikroblarning xilma-xilligini kamaytirish, mikrobiota funktsiyalarining oʻzgarishi va antibiotiklarga chidamli shtammlarni yaratish va koʻpaytirishni oʻz ichiga oladi, bu esa clostridioides difficile kabi patogenlar bilan infektsiyaga ko'proq moyil qiladi. Antibiotiklarga qarshilik global inqirozni anglatadi va antibiotiklardan foydalanish vaqt oʻtishi bilan oʻsishda davom etar ekan, ularning mikrobiota va inson salomatligiga ta’sirini oʻrganish zarurati tugʻiladi. Ushbu taqdim etlgan sharhda antibiotiklarning ichak mikrobiotasiga va shuning uchun inson sogʻligi uchun salbiy ta’siri qisqacha muhokama qilingan va shuningdek antibiotiklardan foydalanishning muqobil usullarini taklif qilingan.
