Abstrak:
Qandli diabetdagi kardiyomiyopatiya (DM) yurak mushaklaridagi strukturaviy va funktsional o'zgarishlar bilan tavsiflangan murakkab kasallikdir. Kasallikning ikkinchi bosqichida progressiv o'zgarishlar, shu jumladan miyokard gipertrofiyasi, fibroz va energiya almashinuvining buzilishi kuzatiladi. Ushbu maqolada diabetning 2-bosqichida kardiyomiyopatiyaning rivojlanish mexanizmlari, giperglikemiya, oksidlovchi stress va yallig'lanish jarayonlarining miyokardga ta'siri, shuningdek, diagnostika va davolashning zamonaviy usullari, shu jumladan dori-darmon va dori-darmonlarga qarshi yondashuvlar muhokama qilinadi.
