LYUTEIN FAZASINI QOʻLLAB-QUVVATLASHDA PROGESTERONNI PERORAL, VAGINAL VA INYEKSION TURLARINING SAMARADORLIGINI QIYOSIY TAHLILI

Abstrak:
Ushbu tadqiqot yordamchi reproduktiv texnologiyalar (YORT) sikllarida lyutein fazasini qoʻllab-quvvatlashda qoʻllaniladigan progesteron turlarining — peroral (didrogesteron), vaginal (mikronlashtirilgan progesteron) va inyeksion (maslyanoy progesteron) — farmakokinetik, gormonal va klinik samaradorligini qiyosiy baxolashga qaratilgan. Prospektiv randomizatsiyalangan dizaynda 90 nafar bemor 3 guruhga ajratildi. Asosiy koʻrsatkichlar sifatida zardob P4 darajasi, implantatsiya chastotasi, klinik homiladorlik darajasi, endometrial retseptivlik va dopplerometriya koʻrsatkichlari baholandi. Natijalarga koʻra, inyeksion progesteron zardob P4 ni eng yuqori darajada ushlagan (p<0.001), vaginal shakl esa endometrial retseptivlik va implantatsiya nishonlarini yaxshilagan. Peroral didrogesteron bemorlar uchun qulayligiga qaramay, P4 darajasi pastroq kuzatildi. Umuman olganda, progesteron shaklini tanlashda farmakokinetik yondashuv va individual P4 monitoringi asosiy ahamiyatga ega ekanligi aniqlandi.
