Abstrak:

So‘lak bezlarining yallig‘lanishi, ayniqsa yuqori jag‘ sialoadeniti, qandli diabet bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda immunitetning buzilishi va metabolik disregulyatsiya tufayli keng tarqalgan asoratdir. Ushbu tadqiqot Samarqand davlat tibbiyot universitetida 2020-yildan 2024-yilgacha davolangan yuqori jag‘ sialoadeniti bilan kasallangan 42 nafar diabetik bemorlarning reabilitatsiya natijalarini baholaydi. Bemorlarga fizioterapiya, bezlarni rag‘batlantiruvchi massaj, mahalliy yallig‘lanishga qarshi vositalar va qat’iy glikemik nazoratni o‘z ichiga olgan individual reabilitatsiya o‘tkazildi. Funksional tiklanish, simptomlarning kamayishi va bemorlarning qoniqishi baholandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, moslashtirilgan reabilitatsiya protokollari so‘lak oqimini sezilarli darajada yaxshiladi, og‘riq va shishlarni kamaytirdi va hayot sifatini yaxshiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari sialoadenit bilan og‘rigan diabetik bemorlar uchun multidissiplinar va shaxsiy reabilitatsiya strategiyalarining ahamiyatini ta’kidlaydi.
