Abstrak:
Йўғон ичакнинг осма касалликлари, айниқса колоректал саратони ва аденоматоз полиплар, ҳозирги замон онкологиясининг энг долзарб муаммоларидан бири ҳисобланади. Дунёда колоректал саратони ўсмага боғлиқ ўлимлар сабаблари орасида юқори ўринларни эгаллаб, беморларнинг меҳнат қобилиятини йўқотиш, ногиронлик ва салохиятли иқтисодий зарарни ошишга олиб келмоқда. Скрининг дастурлари, эндоскопик технологиялар ва замонавий визуализация усулларининг ривожи эрта ташхис қўйишни яхшилаётган бўлса-да, амалиётда беморларнинг катта қисми ҳануз кеч босқичларда аниқланмоқда. Шу нуқтаи назардан, йўғон ичакнинг осма касалликларини эрта аниқлаш, тўғри стадиялаш ва жарроҳлик ҳамда комбинирланган даволаш тактикасига таъсир этувчи омилларни баҳолашда мультиспирал компьютер томография (МСКТ)нинг ўрни беқиёсдир.
