Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot kunjut (Sesamum indicum L.) genotiplarida 1000 dona urug‘ massasining shakllanish xususiyatlarini baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot ishlari O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Qishloq xo‘jaligi vazirligi tizimidagi O‘simliklar genetik resurslari ilmiy-tadqiqot instituti tajriba maydonida olib borildi. Tadqiqotda dunyoning turli mamlakatlaridan keltirilgan 12 ta kunjut kolleksiya namunasi o‘rganildi. Urug‘ massasi analitik tarozi yordamida aniqlanib, 100 dona urug‘ni sanash va natijani qayta hisoblash usuli qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra o‘rganilgan genotiplarda 1000 dona urug‘ massasi 2,90–3,50 g oralig‘ida o‘zgarishi aniqlanib, genotiplar o‘rtasida sezilarli farqlanish kuzatildi. Eng yuqori ko‘rsatkich K66 (Afg‘oniston) namunasi uchun (3,50 g), nisbatan yuqori natijalar K119 (Eron), K161 (Turkiya) va K9428 (Venesuela) genotiplarida qayd etildi. Aksariyat genotiplar 3,0–4,0 g oralig‘ida bo‘lib, o‘rtacha yirik urug‘lar guruhiga mansubligi aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari kunjut genofondini baholash, istiqbolli genotiplarni aniqlash hamda seleksiya ishlarini takomillashtirishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
