Аннотация:

Hozirgi kunda zamonaviy biotexnologiya,to’qima muhandisligiga  oid bilimlarning ortishi tibbiyotda muhim kasalliklarga yechim bo’lmoqda. Regenerativ periodontal terapiyaning yakuniy maqsadi "tishning periodontal kasallik yoki tish jarohati tufayli yo'qolgan qo'llab-quvvatlovchi periodontal to'qimalarni (ya'ni, yangi periodontal ligament, periodontal ligament tolalari kiritilgan yangi tsement va yangi alveolyar suyak) oldindan tiklash".C. quadrangularis poyasining ekstraktlari yallig'lanishga qarshi xususiyatlarni ko'rsatdi  va osteoblast proliferatsiyasini kuchaytirish, suyak sinishlarini davolash, xomilalik suyakning ossifikatsiyasi va trabekulyar suyakning qalinligini oshirishda ishlatilgan.
