Аннотация:
Mazkur ilmiy maqolada onlayn nizolarni hal qilishning huquqiy asoslari tahlil qilindi va AQSh, Fransiya, Germaniya, Buyuk Britaniya kabi davlatlarning tajribasini o‘rganadi. Onlayn nizolarni hal qilish tizimlari iste’molchi huquqlarini himoya qilishda va nizolarni tez va samarali hal qilishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Maqolada vositachilik va arbitraj usullari, texnologik innovatsiyalar hamda huquqiy asoslar yoritiladi. Bu tajriba boshqa davlatlar uchun qimmatli namuna bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.
