Аннотация:
Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida mahsulot sifati va xavfsizligini boshqarish masalalari xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi misolida ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda mahsulot sifatini boshqarish tushunchasi, uning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy ahamiyati, shuningdek, sifatni ta’minlashda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimlari yoritilgan. Yevropa Ittifoqi, AQSH va Yaponiya davlatlarida joriy etilgan “Farm to Fork”, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSMA hamda Total Quality Management kabi modellar va standartlarning oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari sifatiga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar va rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlar asosida asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada xorijiy ilg‘or tajribani milliy oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalari faoliyatiga tatbiq etish imkoniyatlari va yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari oziq-ovqat sanoatida sifatni boshqarish tizimini takomillashtirishda ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
