Mazkur maqolada sun’iy intellekt tizimlari tomonidan mustaqil yaratilgan ixtirolarni patentlash masalasi intellektual mulk huquqi nuqtayi nazaridan tadqiq etilgan. Xususan, an’anaviy patent tizimining inson ixtirochiligiga asoslangan modeli sun’iy intellekt ixtirolarini huquqiy e’tirof etishda yetarli emasligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida Janubiy Afrika Respublikasining DABUS sun’iy intellekt tizimi yaratgan ixtiroga patent bergan birinchi davlat sifatidagi tajribasi o‘rganilib, ushbu yondashuvning afzallik va risklari yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, Yevropa Ittifoqi, AQSH, Buyuk Britaniya, Avstraliya, Singapur va Koreya Respublikasining sun’iy intellekt ixtirolariga yondashuvi qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot yakunida O‘zbekiston uchun bosqichma-bosqich islohot modelini joriy etish, qonunchilikka sun’iy intellekt ixtirolarini patentlashga oid normalar kiritish, ixtisoslashgan ekspert institutini shakllantirish va xalqaro amaliyotga integratsiyalashuvga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan..
