Аннотация:
Химиотерапия туберкулёза, особенно мультирезистентных форм, остается сложной задачей вследствие развития нежелательных реакций (НЛР), которые часто приводят к нарушению режима лечения, его прекращению и, как следствие, к росту лекарственной устойчивости Mycobacterium tuberculosis . Наиболее токсичными являются препараты второго ряда. В данном обзоре систематизированы основные типы побочных эффектов противотуберкулёзных препаратов, рассмотрены патогенетические механизмы их развития и современные подходы к профилактике и устранению, включающие фармакологические и нефармакологические методы.
