Аннотация:

Surunkali buyrak yetishmovchiligi nefronlar soni va ular funksiyasining progressive tarzda kamayib borishi bilan kechadigan jarayondir. Ma’lumki buyraklarning asosiy vazifasi organism ichki muhiti doimiyligini ya’ni gomeostazni ta’minlashdan iborat. Buyraklar ekskretor va inkretor funksiyasining buzilishi, moddalar almashinuvi hamma turlarining buzilishiga, jumladan kislota-ishqor va elektrolitlar muvozanatining izdan chiqishinatijasida hamma organ va sistemalar faoliyatiga salbiy ta’sir ko’rsatadi. Metobolik o’zgarishlar mikrosirkulyatsiyaning buzilishi, qon reologiyasining yomonlashuviga olib keladi, bu esa o’z navbatida ichki organlar faoliyatini izdan chiqaradi. Surunkali buyrak kasalligi jamiki buyrak ba’zi bir buyrakdan tashqari kasalliklarning asorati hisoblanib u bemorning o’limi bilan yakunlanuvchi patologik jarayondir.
