Аннотация:
Flavonoidlarning eng koʼp chiqishi moyli ekstraktiv agentlarning 1:10 nisbatida kuzatilishini koʼrsatdi (64,0 mg/ml). Suv-spirtli ekstraktiv agent qoʼllanilganida flavonoidlarning eng koʼp ajralishi 1:2 nisbatda kuzatildi (32,1 mg/ml). Va suv- glitserin ekstraktiv agent qoʼllanilganida flavonoidlarning eng koʼp ajralishi ham 1:2 nisbatda kuzatildi (21,8 mg/ml). Kumarinlarning eng koʼp chiqishi ham, flavonoidlar kabi, moyli ekstraktiv agentlarning 1:10 nisbatida kuzatilishini koʼrsatdi (umbellifenon – 12,4 mg/ml va gerniarin – 50,4 mg/ml) (2-jadval). Suv-spirtli ekstraktiv agent qoʼllanilganida kumarinlarning eng koʼp ajralishi 1:2 nisbatda kuzatildi (umbellifenon – 3,1 mg/ml va gerniarin – 8,1 mg/ml).
