Abstract
This article discusses the role and significance of the Supervisory Board, as well as the issues related to expanding its functions and responsibilities. Taking into account the newly established committees under the Supervisory Board, the article provides recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency and accountability of the Supervisory Board's activities in state-owned enterprises.
