Smartfonlar orqali inson salomatligini nazorat qilish tizimlari hayotimizni o'zgartirayotgan va bizning salomatligimizga ko'p imkoniyatlar taqdim etayotgan yangiliklaridan biridir. Bugungi kunda, har bir inson smartfonga ega va bu tizimlardan foydalanishimiz bizning salomatligimizni saqlashga yordam beradi. Smartfonlar salomatlik tizimlari uchun qulay va kuchli vositalardir. Bu tizimlar sizning salomatlik holatingizni nazorat qilish va yangiliklardan xabardor bo'lishingizga yordam beradi. Bu maqola smartfonlar orqali inson salomatligini nazorat qilish tizimlarining muhimligi haqida. Yurish tezligi, kaloriya miqdori, tashvish darajasi, stres, uyqu va faoliyat rejimi kabi ko'plab hayot ko'rsatkichlari smartfon yordamida nazorat qilinishi mumkin.
