This article the main problem in the field of disability is the lack of access to education for children and adults with disabilities. This is a very serious issue as education is a fundamental right of all, enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and protected by various international conventions. That in many countries there is a stark difference between the educational opportunities
available to children with disabilities and children without disabilities. Failure to achieve the goal of "Education for All" unless a complete turnaround is achieved.
