Аннотация:

Dyupyuitren kontrakturasi - bu bir yoki bir nechta barmoqlarning doimiy ravishda bukilgan holatda bo’lishi bilan kechadigan klinik vaziyatdir. Chet el adabiyotlarida alohida holda “Dyupyuitren kasalligi” va “Dyupyuitren kontrakturasi” terminlari uchraydi. Shunga ko’ra bu ikki atamani bir-biridan farqlash lozim. Dyupyuitren kasalligi biriktiruvchi to’qimaning keng tarqalgan irsiy shikastlanishidir. U avloddan avlodga irsiylanadi, kaft va barmoq fassiyalari, shuningdek, ularga tutashgan biriktiruvchi to’qimalarda “yaxshi sifatli” fibrotik o’zgarishlarni keltirib chiqaradi. Dyupyuitren kasalligi yuqorida sanalgan to’qimalarning mexanik kuchlanish chizig’i bo’ylab qisqarishiga, barmoqlarda yozish harakatlarining cheklanishiga olib keladi.
