This article investigates the role of women in the construction industry, emphasizing their contributions to innovation, leadership, and project outcomes. Despite the positive impact, women face significant barriers, including discriminatory workplace cultures and limited career advancement opportunities. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes data from literature reviews, surveys, and interviews to propose strategies that promote gender inclusivity. Key recommendations include implementing gender-inclusive policies, enhancing mentorship programs, and advocating for flexible work arrangements. The findings underline the necessity of a multi-faceted approach to foster an inclusive construction industry where women can thrive and contribute effectively to its advancement.
