Abstract:
There are always several methods of teaching and learning a foreign language, and these methods are changing and updating over time. The grammar-translation method is considered one of the most traditional and historical teaching methods and has been used by language teachers for many years. This article analyzes the grammar-translation method used in teaching foreign languages, its features, advantages, and goals.
