Abstract:

The article is devoted to the analysis of legal and social aspects of protest demonstrations and collective appeals. It examines the rights of citizens to hold peaceful assemblies and freely express their opinions, as well as their basis in international and national legislation. Special attention is given to the differences between protest demonstrations and collective appeals, the procedures for their organization and conduct, and issues of ensuring public safety during such events. Additionally, the factors contributing to the emergence of protest demonstrations are analyzed, and recommendations for their timely detection and prevention are provided.
