Abstract:

Aktinomisetlar – bu bakteriyalar va zamburug‘lar orasida o‘ziga xos o‘rin tutuvchi mikroorganizmlar bo‘lib, ko‘pincha tuproq, suv va o‘simlik qoldiqlarida uchraydi. Aktinomisetlarning biologik ahamiyati juda katta. Ular antibiotiklar (masalan, streptomitsin, eritromitsin) ishlab chiqarishda asosiy manba hisoblanadi. Bundan tashqari, ular o‘simlik o‘sishini rag‘batlantiruvchi moddalar ishlab chiqarib, qishloq xo‘jaligida foydali bakteriyalar sifatida ishlatiladi. Ayrim aktinomisetlar azotni bog‘lash xususiyatiga ega bo‘lib, tuproq unumdorligini oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi.Shuningdek, aktinomisetlar biologik faol moddalar ishlab chiqarishi sababli farmatsevtika, biotexnologiya va ekologik tozalash sohalarida ham keng qo‘llaniladi.
