KREDIT MODUL TIZIMI SHAROITIDA BO‘LAJAK O‘QITUVCHILARNI TAYYORLASH JARAYONIDA DEONTOLOGIK MADANIYATNI SHAKLLANTIRISHNI MODELLASHTIRISH

Аннотация:
Maqolaning maqsadi O‘zbekiston va xorijiy tadqiqotlar tahlili asosida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni deontologik madaniyatni o‘qitish konsepsiyasiga va sifatli ta’limga bo‘lgan turli yondashuvlarni aniqlash va ochib berishdan iborat. Ushbu masalani o‘rganishning asosiy usullari tahlil, deduksiya va induksiya, taqqoslash va umumlashtirish bo‘lib, ular oliy ta’lim muassasalarida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning deontologik madaniyat komponentlarini shakllantiruvchi kasbiy kompetensiyalar va ko‘nikmalarni har tomonlama o‘rganishga, shuningdek, oliy ta’lim tizimining rivojlanishi va sifati asosida talabalarning pedagogik kompetensiyalari va sifatlarini rivojlantirishning amaliy jihatlari hamda usullarini ko‘rsatib berishga yordam beradi. Maqolada nazariy va amaliy asoslarni ilmiy umumlashtirish, metodlar samaradorligini metodik ishlab chiqish orqali bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni deontologik madaniyat komponentlarini pedagogik o‘zaro ta’sirga va sifatli o‘qitishga tayyorlash muammosi ochib beriladi; talabalar va o‘qituvchilarni axborot bilan ta’minlashning o‘quv-uslubiy jihatlari tavsiflanadi; tizimli ravishda o‘rganilayotgan ta’lim tizimidagi modernizatsiya jarayonlari asoslanadi; o‘qitish jarayonida innovatsion texnologiyalardan foydalanish asosida ta’lim jarayoni mazmunini va bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlashda deontologik madaniyat komponentlarini takomillashtirish g‘oyalari keltiriladi; oliy ta’lim muassasalarida kredit modul tizimi sharoitida deontologik madaniyatini shakllantirish jarayonini modellashtirish metodikasi tizimlashtirilib beriladi.
