GENDER EQUALITY AS A FACTOR OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY

Abstract:

This article looks at gender equality as an important issue in modern sustainable
development. It identifies a link between the state’s socioeconomic development and ensuring
equal rights and opportunities for men and women in each state. This special attention focuses
on how public policy, the job market, and education are important for creating a gender-equal
society. The study concludes that achieving gender equality is a vital precondition for long-term
social stability and sustainable growth
