The article below presents the results of studies given on a group of athletes involved in athletics (middle distance runners), and individuals leading a sedentary lifestyle (control group). The study was aimed at identifying the concentration of trace elements (chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), selenium (Se) and zinc (Zn)) in blood cells, and the dynamics of their change at various levels physical training. The results of the research showed that a significant decrease in the content of trace elements in red blood cells (erythrocytes) is observed in athletes with high physical activity, namely, middle-distance runners.

The article below includes an overview of the current problem regarding the introduction of compounded products into the diet of athletes for rehabilitation and prophylaxis for injuries of the musculoskeletal system. Based on an analysis of WHO statistics, a description of the causes of the occurrence and spread of traumatic conditions of the musculoskeletal system in athletes is presented. Taking into account the features of the anatomy, histology and physiology of the osteochondral structures of athletes, it provided the opportunity to establish the dominant role of macro and micronutrients in functional nutrition and in the content of food additives intended for diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

At the same time, the role of the teacher in a child’s life is regarded as one of the most important. The article is devoted to the emergence of children's folklore and its role in the life of a child, as well as the definition of the concept of folklore, children's folklore, traditions, history of origin and the first researchers of children's folklore. When a child is born, a loving mother talks to him, lulls him to sleep and sings lullabies, putting him to sleep, plays with his fingers and palms, saying simple quatrains. Any person knows and remembers at least one or two children's songs, jokes, counting cards, and sentences from childhood. All this is folklore, or rather, children's folklore.

В статье рассмотрены особенности изучения русского языка для военнослужащих, а также роль русского языка в мире и в Республике Узбекистан.

Проведен анализ и изучены результаты хирургической коррекции 70 детей с воронкообразной деформацией грудной клетки (ВДГК), пролеченных в клиниках РСНПМЦТО и БОДММЦ в период с 2018 по 2023 г. Методика торакопластики была подобрана в зависимости от выраженности диагностических критериев как ротация грудины, возраст детей и степень эластичности области ВДГК с применением операции D. Nuss и её разных модификаций. Для стабилизации грудино-реберного комплекса применены пластины D. Nuss и устройство, разработанного в клинике РСНПМЦТО. Коррекция ВДГК по нами предложенной тактике показала достоверные лучшие результаты по косметической и функциональной точке зрения с достоверным восстановлением функциональных результатов со стороны кардио- и респираторной систем  в отдалённых сроках после операции.

The management of high-energy pilon fractures is still controversial. Open reduction and internal fixation are often associated with serious complications. Various methods have been used to treat these injuries, with variable results. The aim of this retrospective study was to analyze the clinical and radiographic outcome of the ILIZAROV technique in patients with high-energy pilon fractures. Thirty cases of distal tibia epiphysis fractures (pilon fractures) were managed from 2022 to 2023. The mean age was 47 years. According to Rüedi and Algower classification; 11 fractures were type II, and 19 type III. All fractures were a consequence of high-energy trauma. Fractures of the lower fibula were present in 28 of the patients. An external Fixator was applied for open fractures. Closed injuries were operated on 3 to 13 days after injury, with an average of 8 days. The mean follow-up was 48 months. All fractures united. The external fixator was removed after a mean of 22 weeks (10 - 28 weeks). Two patients with a type III fracture had a delayed union and were treated with corticotomy and dynamisation of the ILIZAROV fixator.

В настоящее время предпочтение отдаётся методам исследования, которые, помимо высокой информативности обладают такими качествами, как неинвазивность, безвредность, характеризуются простотой выполнения и трактовки результатов, воспроизводимостью и низкой стоимостью исследования.

Nowadays, full-endoscopic lumbar spine surgery has gained more attention. Since, 3 decades ago, some pioneers have developed the techniques of transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy (TELD) [1-5]. TELD can achieve decompression with minimal injury to collateral soft tissue, which benefits postoperative pain, shorter hospital stay, and early return to daily life or work. Because the surgery is done under local anesthesia, surgeons can avoid neural injury by communicating with the patient directly during the procedure. Though there are advantages in enhancing postoperative recovery, there are several limitations causing failure or complications of TELD.

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure for removal of a diseased gallbladder. This technique essentially has replaced the open technique for routine cholecystectomies since the early 1990s[1]. At this time, laparoscopic cholecystectomy is indicated for the treatment of cholecystitis (acute/chronic), symptomatic cholelithiasis, biliary dyskinesia, acalculous cholecystitis, gallstone pancreatitis, and gallbladder masses/polyps[2]. These indications are the same for an open cholecystectomy. Cases of gallbladder cancers are usually best treated with open cholecystectomy.

In Russia, the system of compulsory registration and further lifelong monitoring of cancer patients has been operating since 1953 in all subjects of the Russian Federation. For a long time, all the information received about cancer patients was processed manually. With the introduction of computer technology, automated data processing programs have also changed.

Avascular necrosis of the femur is an irreversible and painful disorder in which the epiphyseal bone suffers from ischemia necrosis owing to an interruption in blood flow to the femoral head, resulting in bone destruction. Later, it leads to osteoarthritis of the hip joint. Here, we present the case of a 35-year-old male who came with a complaint of pain on the left side of the hip region for the past 15 days. Since the patient tested positive for COVID-19, he was quarantined.

No prior study has examined the discourse structure of organizational medical translation services, despite numerous studies performing a move analysis of medical translation service genres (e.g., replies to online unfavorable reviews) conversion to customer service in a patient-doctor relationship. This is unexpected given that one of the categories that translators choose to work in effectively for medical businesses and individuals. In order to close this gap, we do a motion analysis to look by looking into the language and rhetorical conventions of this genre and contrasting it with similar genres related to customer service.

The research shows the difficulties in teaching English grammar to secondary school students. The goals of the study are to find the difficulties in teaching English grammar to secondary school students, find ways to improve teaching English grammar to secondary school students, and find solutions to the problems that prevent effective teaching of English grammar to secondary school students. I used a research method where I gathered numbers and data for my study. The study focused on describing something. I work at the 7th secondary school in Turakurgan district.

This study aimed to enhance the oral communication skills  of English learners. The results of this study revealed that the English learners face many problems related to speaking skill, such as confusion and embarrassment; they did not learn speaking lessons correctly at school, and face difficulty in pronouncing some words. The results also showed that the most frequent problems were the limited amount of vocabulary among them, while the least frequent problems were the difficulty in understanding questions. This study also presented some of appropriate solutions to overcome the weakness in speaking skill, such as practicing speaking English inside and outside the classroom effectively, using the modern social media to communicate in English and to express the students’ feelings and needs.

В данной работе будет рассмотрена тема прагматики, компетенции и прагматичной компетенции. Определения и понимание этих концепций изменились со временем, а также были влиянием научных исследований и социокультурных изменений. Цель работы заключается в предоставлении всестороннего обзора исторического развития данных понятий и их актуальной практики.

The article discusses the issue of using information and communication technologies in the process of teaching the Russian language. Forms of organization of work, methodological and didactic principles of teaching the Russian language are given. Reforms in the field of education taking place in our country, along with the development of new educational standards, the introduction of new academic disciplines, new textbooks and teaching aids, have caused the need to change teaching methods. In the context of the implementation of the National Program, it is impossible to imagine the educational process without the use of interactive teaching methods.

In the article, the processes of positive and negative dominance of the technologies of using interactive methods in the formation of the competence of teaching students were considered. Also, the advantages, disadvantages and effectiveness of using interactive applications were analyzed during training sessions.

The article is devoted to conducting practical lessons in small groups with cadets of the Military - technical Institute of the National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan using interactive teaching methods. The use of interactive methods in small groups requires certain changes in the form of classes. Implementation of these methods allows cadets to master the subject program.

The article examines the place of regional studies in the system of teaching the Russian language, methods of developing cultural competence in the process of teaching the Russian language using the example of studying the topic “Golden Ring of Russia”. It is proposed to use gaming technologies, role-playing situations in lessons, and conduct virtual trips, thanks to which students get acquainted with Russian culture, expand their vocabulary and develop speech skills.
