Аннотация:





License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems commonly have framework of processing steps such as: Detection of number plate, Segmentation of plate characters and Recognition of each character. Number plate detection is a challenging task due to diversity of plate formats and environmental conditions during the image acquisition. Accuracy of character segmentation and recognition rely on the efficiency of plate detectiaon. Various algorithms are developed for this work.
