Ushbu maqolada Amerika Qo‘shma Shtatlarida politsiya xizmatlarining blogerlar, inflyuyenserlar va raqamli kontent yaratuvchilar bilan hamkorlik mexanizmlari, uning ahamiyati va o‘ziga xos jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Jamoat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar va raqamli media vositalaridan foydalanishning afzalliklari yoritiladi. Politsiya faoliyatida aholi bilan ochiq muloqotni yo‘lga qo‘yish, fuqarolar ishonchini mustahkamlash, jinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashda profilaktik targ‘ibotni kuchaytirishda blogerlar hamkorligining o‘rni ilmiy asosda ko‘rsatiladi. Maqolada AQSHda blogerlar bilan hamkorlikning huquqiy, tashkiliy va axloqiy asoslari, amaliyotdagi muvaffaqiyatli keyslar hamda mazkur tajribani mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar berilgan.
