Аннотация:
Ushbu maqola boshlangan ilmiy izlanishda boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarini inklyuziv ta’lim jarayoniga tayyorlash uchun talab qilinadigan pedagogik shartsharoitlar tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada tayyorgarlik jarayoni, nazariypedagogik asoslar, kasbiy kompetensiyalarni shakllantirish, amaliy ko‘nikmalar va innovatsion yondashuvlar asosiy e’tibor markazida turadi. Shu bilan birga, nazariy tadqiqotlar va amaliy tadbirlar orqali samarali sharoitlar aniqlanadi va ularning samaradorligi baholanadi.
