DOPAMINERGIK YO‘LLARNING SUBTALAMIK YADRO BILAN FUNKSIONAL TA’SIRI

Ushbu maqola dopamin sintezining subtalamik yo‘li va subtalamusning dopaminergik tizimdagi modulatsion o‘rni haqida ilmiy tahlilga bag‘ishlangan. Subtalamus dopaminni to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri ishlab chiqaruvchi neyronlarga ega bo‘lmasa-da, substantia nigra pars compacta, globus pallidus, striatum, prefrontal korteks va limbik strukturalar bilan murakkab neyron aloqalari orqali dopamin signalini qayta ishlaydi va modulyatsiya qiladi. Maqolada subtalamik yadroning glutamatergik xususiyatlari, dopamin retseptorlarining hududdagi taqsimlanishi, dopamin sintezi bosqichlarining subtalamik hudud bilan bog‘liq funksional mexanizmlari va ushbu yo‘lning patologik holatlarda, ayniqsa Parkinson kasalligida qanday rol o‘ynashi batafsil bayon qilinadi. Subtalamik dopamin yo‘lining o‘rganilishi dopamin yetishmovchiligi bilan bog‘liq motorik, kognitiv va affektiv buzilishlarni tushunishda nazariy va amaliy jihatdan muhim asos yaratadi.
