MAKTABGACHA YOSHDAGI BOLALARDA (5–6 YOSH) EMOTSIONAL INTELLEKTNI RIVOJLANTIRISH

Аннотация:

Ushbu maqolada 5–6 yoshli maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda emotsional intellekt (EI) ni rivojlantirish masalasi ilmiy-empirik jihatdan o'rganilgan. Toshkent shahridagi uchta maktabgacha ta'lim muassasasida 50 nafar bola (EI guruhi n=25, nazorat guruhi n=25) ishtirokida randomize nazorat qilingan tadqiqot o'tkazildi. Daniel Goleman nazariyasi va Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotsional Intellekt modeli asosida ishlab chiqilgan 16 seanlik o'yin-mashg'ulot dasturi qo'llandi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatdiki, dasturdan so'ng EI guruhidagi bolalarda hissiyotlarni anglash ko'rsatkichi 89,5% ga, empatiya 111,4% ga va hissiy muammolarni hal qilish qobiliyati 115,6% ga oshdi (p < 0,001). Ota-onalar bilan hamkorlik emotsional rivojlanish jarayonini yanada tezlashtirdi. Tadqiqot natijalari maktabgacha ta'lim muassasalari pedagog-psixologlari uchun amaliy ko'rsatmalar ishlab chiqishga asos bo'la oladi.
