ANTIBIOTIKLAR DAVRINING YAKUNLANISHI: MULTIDORI-QARSHILIK (MULTI-DRUG RESISTANCE) EPIDEMIYASINING GLOBAL TAHDIDLARI

Abstract:

Antibiotiklar davrining tugashi bilan yuzaga kelayotgan multidori-qarshilik (multi-drug resistance, MDR) muammosi global sog‘liqni saqlash tizimiga tahdid solayotgan dolzarb masala sifatida yoritilgan. Unda mikroorganizmlarning antibiotiklarga chidamlilik darajasining ortib borishi, ayniqsa sog‘liqni saqlash muassasalarida keng tarqalgan infeksiyalarga qarshi davo imkoniyatlarini keskin cheklab qo‘yayotgani tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, MDR epidemiyasining kelib chiqish sabablari, antibiotiklarning noto‘g‘ri va ortiqcha qo‘llanilishi, hayvonot dunyosida dori vositalarining suiiste’mol qilinishi va global hamkorlikning yetishmasligi kabilar tahlil etilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajribalar, ilmiy yondashuvlar va infeksion kasalliklar bilan kurashish strategiyalari asosida multidori-qarshilikka qarshi kurashda samarali choralar ishlab chiqish zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
