Abstract:

This article analyzes the international genesis and evolution of children's rights.  It contains the oldest international legal sources on children's rights.  In particular, the history of children's rights has been researched in ancient Rome, ancient Mesopotamia, England, ancient France, Germany, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, ancient India, ancient China, and Africa.
