Abstract:

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the “New Uzbekistan” concept put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as a strategic course for the country’s modernization. The study examines key areas of political reform, including the strengthening of democratic institutions, the rule of law, and the development of civil society. Special attention is paid to the philosophy of state-building based on the principle “human — society — state.” The author analyzes systemic transformations in education, social policy, and the foreign policy doctrine of good neighborliness. The conclusion highlights that the concept of the “New Uzbekistan” reflects a new stage of national revival and serves as a roadmap for sustainable development in the coming decades.
