Abstract:

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the essence and content of the concepts of legal consciousness and legal culture, their structural components, and their interrelationship. It also highlights the role of legal consciousness and legal culture in the development of society, the factors influencing their formation, and their significance in the educational process. The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate the interconnection between legal consciousness and legal culture and to reveal their importance in the life of society.
