Abstract:

A system should be created to prevent failure to fulfill fiduciary duties by members of corporate governance bodies of state-owned enterprises. This requires analyzing in advance cases of non-compliance with fiduciary obligations and implementing preventive measures to change the conditions that allow these situations to occur.
