The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and legal aspects of the return of criminal assets. In particular, the concept of criminal assets is defined, and the provisions of international documents and national legal norms on the recovery of criminal assets from foreign jurisdictions are analyzed. Based on the analysis, scientifically substantiated proposals for improving national criminal procedure legislation in this area have been developed.

The legal recognition of ownership is fundamental to civil law, as it underpins the relationships within society regarding property.

This article discusses the legal grounds for reinstatement of an employee who was illegally fired by the employer and transferred to another job in the labor legislation. In addition, in the article, based on sources and real life examples, the employee can defend his right by appealing to the court when he is convinced of the illegal termination of the employment contract by the employer. The article reveals the content and essence of the Law "On State Property Management" of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The work analyzes and briefly comments on the main norms contained in each chapter of this Law. The article deeply examines the rules on the management of enterprises with state participation. The regulation of subsidies under the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO) has undergone significant evolution since the establishment of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). Initially focused on tariff reductions, early GATT provisions regarding subsidies were limited in scope and clarity, leaving critical gaps in addressing the trade-distorting effects of government interventions. As global trade dynamics became increasingly complex, the need for a robust regulatory framework became evident, leading to the adoption of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (SCM Agreement) during the Uruguay Round.
