The article provides recommendations for adapting the regulatory framework to new realities, including introducing requirements for transparency and accountability of AI algorithms, strengthening the rights of data subjects, and implementing risk assessment mechanisms. The article emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach involving government, business, and society to ensure a balance between technological development and privacy protection.

The article examines modern forms of slavery as one of the key issues in human rights violations. An analysis is provided of various forms of exploitation, including forced labor, human trafficking, debt bondage, forced child labor, and forced marriages, as well as their prevalence worldwide. Special attention is paid to international legal mechanisms and their effectiveness, including UN Conventions, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and regional agreements. The main causes and consequences of modern exploitation are described, supported by statistical data and opinions from leading researchers. In conclusion, the article suggests measures to improve national legislation, strengthen international cooperation, raise public awareness, provide victim support, and implement new technologies.

This crime, being a complex social phenomenon, serves as a determinant for other more serious offenses such as violence, the spread of venereal infections, the organization of criminal groups, the distribution of narcotics, etc. The article provides examples from judicial practice and describes the personality of the perpetrator of these acts, as well as presents an analysis of literature and research on preventing the crimes of pimping and maintaining brothels.
