Abstrak:
Mazkur maqolada Amerika Qo‘shma Shtatlari mudofaa vazirligi organlarining ma’muriy huquqbuzarliklar to‘g‘risidagi ishlarni yuritish faoliyatining o‘ziga xos jihatlari ilmiy-huquqiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda AQSHda harbiy boshqaruv organlarining ma’muriy yurisdiksiyasi, vakolatlar taqsimoti, ma’muriy ish yuritish tartibi hamda harbiy xizmatchilar va fuqarolar huquqlarini himoya qilish mexanizmlari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, ma’muriy huquqbuzarliklar to‘g‘risidagi ishlarni ko‘rib chiqishda qonun ustuvorligi, protsessual kafolatlar va sud nazoratining o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. AQSH tajribasi asosida mudofaa sohasida ma’muriy ish yuritishni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha xulosa va takliflar ilgari suriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari milliy qonunchilikni takomillashtirish va ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlarida qiyosiy-huquqiy manba sifatida xizmat qilishi mumkin.
