Curcuma longa, curcumin, turmeric, soxhlet extraction.

Abstrak

Curcumin, a polyphenol of yellow crystals with that gives turmeric its yellow color, it is extracted from the rhizome of turmeric. It belongs to the perennial herb named Curcuma longa L.
