QALQONSIMON BEZ ZARARLANGANDA SO‘LAK BEZLARI KASALLIKLARI

Abstrak:
Ushbu maqolada qalqonsimon bez faoliyati buzilganda so‘lak bezlarida kuzatiladigan morfofunksional o‘zgarishlar, ularning klinik kechishi va patogenetik mexanizmlari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida gipotireoz va gipertireoz fonida so‘lak sekretsiyasining buzilishi, kanalchalar epiteliyidagi distrofik o‘zgarishlar, so‘lak bezlari parenximasida fibroz jarayonlar va mikroangiopatik shikastlanishlar qayd etildi, bu esa og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ining himoya funksiyasining pasayishi, kserostomiya, sialoadenit va sialoangiektaziya kabi kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga olib kelishi aniqlandi. Klinik kuzatuvlarda qalqonsimon bez kasalliklari mavjud bemorlarda so‘lak bezlari disfunktsiyasi 62–78% hollarda uchrashi, gipotireozda sekretsiya keskin pasayishi, gipertireozda esa yallig‘lanish jarayonlarining kuchayishi ko‘rsatildi. Maqolada shuningdek, tashxis qo‘yishda ultratovush, sialometriya va gormonal testlarning integratsiyalashgan yondashuvi muhimligi ta’kidlandi. Reabilitatsiya yondashuvi sifatida endokrin holatni normallashtirish, fizioterapevtik muolajalar, antioksidant terapiya va bezlarni stimulyatsiya qiluvchi usullar samarali deb topildi. Tadqiqot natijalari qalqonsimon bez kasalliklari bilan bog‘liq so‘lak bezlari disfunktsiyasini erta aniqlash va kompleks davolash zarurligini tasdiqlaydi.
