Аннотация:

D vitamini yetishmovchiligi bolalarda eng ko‘p uchraydigan mikroelement tanqisligi bo‘lib qolmoqda va raxit hamda suyak to‘qimasi minerallashuvining buzilishiga olib keluvchi asosiy omil hisoblanadi. D vitamini ichakda kalsiy so‘rilishini va buyraklarda uning qayta so‘rilishini boshqaradi, shu orqali suyakning normal minerallashuvi va mustahkamligini ta’minlaydi. Uning yetishmovchiligida gipokalsiyemiya, ikkilamchi giperparatireoz, suyak rezorbsiyasining kuchayishi va metafizar tog‘ay to‘qimasining yumshoqlashuvi yuzaga keladi. Bu esa klinik jihatdan skelet deformatsiyalari, liqildoqlarning kech yopilishi va suyak sinishi xavfining oshishi bilan namoyon bo‘ladi. [1;2;6]
